My converter is only Format Factory (freeware), but when I try to convert it always says 'failed' so I should try to using another converter, lucky I have PCmedia's bonus DVD that has a lot of freeware, I selected HandBrake because it's opensource, multithreaded video transcoder! You can download it from handbrake official site

Clean interface, and easy to use, I just drag and drop the video file to the handbrake program.. after few minutes my canon video .mov has completed!
Just Look up my detail below, I converted my Canon .Mov movie to .Mp4 format by handbrake regular (normal) setting, with this converting will help you to save memory, because the original mov file is huge size, in this case I converted 753MB into 93,5MB!! really save your space dude ;) .. I highlighted the important ones.
